  abstract      = {In the article the main directives contained in ISO 9000 standards are discussed concerning quality of software which describe ways of  management and methods  of production thus meeting the customer's demands. Quality evaluation  of software needs fundamental principles. There are four groups of these principles discussed: ability to work, completness, possibility for adaption and utility. Presented principles help to create a combination of quality criteria of bought or created software. This is compatible to demands resulting from specific functions of particular organization.}
