  abstract      = {The paper presents the introduction in an enterprise a radical and total organisational changes (reengineering). Those changes should have an impact on production planning and control system of MRPII type. Organisational changes being considered are connected with the development of: cell manufacturing, team work, people involvement, total quality management, lean production along with continuous improvement philosophy. The paper contains also a description of practical case concerning implementation of a radical organisational changes in the world class enterprise.}
