  abstract      = {This article shows information management in the Virtual Organization (VO) which is determined by two-level Management Systems. Also globalization of design, production and distribution processes in the VO and among its partners (Partner Enterprises- PE) have been described. Interorganisation Information System (IOS) which are well adapted to the interaction with Internet, Intranet, e-mail, EDI and infomedia meet information requirements of VO and PE. And outlook is given on possible categories of these systems (IOS). }
