  abstract      = {Artificial intelligence (AI) and knowledge processing are dynamically expanding scientific discipline, exerting an influence on development of various domains of intellectual and matter- of- fact activities of human. Al. Expands in domains of technique, economic, medicine, defense, and education. Al. Uses achievements of information technology, philosophy, linguistics etc. Its aim is to increase effectiveness of human’s work, mostly tasks connected with information processing, through realization of reasoning, associating, finding and discovering of phenomena, concepts and facts. The subject of authors’ consideration is application of methods and tools (expert system (ES) in particular) of AI in domain of management. The authors’ research included some domains of economics sciences such as finance management and controlling. Propositions for set of factors affecting evaluation of success of application of ES are also discussed.}
