  abstract      = {Much different formalism can represent the knowledge. This paper was described the decision tree representation. Besides the most popular decision tree learning algorithms this paper presents GIMS system (Generalization by Inductive Symbolic Method) that was developed by author of the paper. In this system in order to generate a decision tree Czerwiński coefficient of attributes association was applied. The GIMS system was tested and compared with a well- known decision tree learning Quinlan’s system C4.5.}
