  abstract      = {Standardized business application systems such as SAP’s R/3 system are build more and more out of small software components. This is of course a problem from the software architectural view but this is not considered here. We are focusing on the users view of software components. Users want to know how to configure components easily so that they fit best to their business processes. We propose a method for components configuration that involves all parties of the software supply chain- software engineers, consultants and customers- and expose which requirements software engineering must fulfill on documenting components.}
