  abstract      = {The Irish Defence Forces have undergone a radical restructuring over the last decade that has resulted in a streamlined and centralised training facility.  This provided an ideal opportunity to overhaul the existing paper-based procedures and implement and evaluate a technical solution to co-ordinate and control the administration of training within the Army allowing for deeper collaboration amongst officers.
