  abstract      = {Human travel agents are one of the sources of conceptual metaphor for the development of software agents. It is thus natural that software agent based travel support systems have been introduced [Ndumu 1998, Paprzycki 2001a and 2001b]. These papers were concerned mostly with the technical issues related to the agent technology and system development.  The aim of this paper is to address the questions related to the personalization of content delivery in the context of Internet-based travel support system.}
