  abstract      = {The new version of the ISO 9000 standard recommends the process-oriented approach along with the continual improvement of processes to quality systems. In general, the process-oriented management requires significant IT support also in the sense of providing continual improvement of business processes. An idea of a tool covering that area of interest and involving all staff of an organization is presented. Then the implemented prototype of the BISS system has been described.}
