abstract = {The need of accurate measurement and 3D modeling of industrial installations is increasing, mainly due to safety requirements and dismantling projects. Since twenty years, the technique of photogrammetry has been successfully developed for such applications. In fifteen years, the time required for 3D modeling has been divided by 4 or 5, and reconstructed models are now widely used in virtual environments to simulate interventions. Nevertheless, time consummation of these techniques is still too important and the operator task requires too much attention. The aim of the works related to AOMS (As-Built On-Line Modeling System) is to reduce the time element and make the system semi-automatic by integrating image processing techniques in a photogrammetric system. This paper describes the architecture of the application, details some key points of the process. }
