  abstract      = {Integration of heterogeneous data sources into one application is a well known problem of modern IT Systems. We suppose a novel architecture for combining Java, XML and SQL in an e.cient way resulting in a system, which is very easy to maintain. Usually integration of new and a priori unknown data sources means programming. Our architecture and system is programming-free: New data sources are mapped into the system by declarative XML.}
