  abstract      = {This paper is concerned with case studies of collaborative business scenarios and a discussion of a taxonomy to classify the complexity of collaborative workflow interactions. Our work is motivated by research in formal modeling, transformation and architecting of cross-organizational workflows. We target these problem areas through the identification of a taxonomy of workflow interoperability aspects that influence formal modeling in which we propose an approach that incorporates six aspects of workflow interoperability.}
