  abstract      = {The paper IT solutions and a business model framework in an open wireless local area network is in fact a research paper review upon two projects done at Royal Institute of Technology, IT University, Telecomunication Systems Laboratory named as followings: StockholmOpen.net and wOpenMall. All of them are based upon the transfer of the wireless technologies from academics and industry to businesses or public organisations. Present paper is based upon the projects work done and mention above between 2001-2002 by the masters students in internetworking at the Communication System Design  Course. The authors have done a syntetical review of the main and important business benefits of this done projects for the all they had adopted and used the wireless technologies in the area of Stockholm, Sweden.}
