  abstract      = {This paper gives an overview about the current status of the European eLearning market as a whole and its participants. It discusses further market developments and provides and outlook on the major topics in terms of business aspects and organizational issues which have to be addressed in order to support the continuing integration of technology enhanced learning scenarios into corporate training. One approach to do so is displayed by introducing PROLEARN, a network of excellence within the 6th framework programme of the European Commission.}
