  abstract      = {This paper describes our efforts to enable semantic referencing of travel related resources. It focuses on the areas of lodging and gastronomy, with the goal of defining a reproducible model for enabling semantic referencing for other aspects of travel. Based on the analysis of Internet-available data, we develop an ontology of the hotel. We re-capture ontology of the restaurant implicitly defined in the Chefmoz project. Finally, we sketch a possible way to combine these two ontologies to be utilized in an integrated travel framework.}
