  abstract      = {Methods for modeling goods and services have emerged from diverse fields. While traditional engineering provides mature methods, service engineering is still a young discipline. Respective modeling methods need to be adjusted or integrated when moving from goods to hybrid products. This paper analyzes modeling methods from a method-engineering perspective. The analysis shows that the so called result dimension is still dominating, i.e., what does the hybrid product provide?), whereas both the process and resource dimension lacks attention and dedicated modeling concepts. Our analysis leads to an integrated metamodel; this model also considers the integration of customers in the solution process.}
