papers must be submitted electronically to the Organizing Committee (bis2003@bis2003.info) in either Microsoft Word or RTF file format; we do not accept hard copies [MsWord template] [pdf template]

bullet

language of publication: English

bullet

about 60-word abstract should be included at the beginning of the paper

bullet

the submitted paper should be accompanied by a cover page [download] (download it and fill it in)

bullet

following the paper's submission, it is automatically understood that all the organizational approvals for the publication of it have been granted to the Conference Organizers

bullet

all panel, workshop, symposium members must register and pay the conference fee (note: only registered authors' papers will be included in the proceedings)

bullet

the authors will prepare the final manuscript in time for its inclusion in conference proceedings and will present the paper at the conference

 

 

Please indicate  in the Cover Page whether the paper is submitted to the general session or to one of the tracks or special sessions. Depending on the number of submissions, the organizers reserve the right to move an accepted paper to a different track or to a special session from the general session.
