this includes all remaining meals from Tuesday evening dinner thru Saturday morning breakfast; and a dormatory room for Tuesday PM through Saturday morning. Dormatory rooms include a private bedroom and shared bath facilities in four bedroom clusters.

A limited number of dormitory rooms with private bath are available for an additional $50.

After April 10, advance registration rates go up to $400 for conference registration, $250 for the room and board package, $600 for the combined package.

All room and board requests must be submitted by May 1, 2003.

After May 1, advance registration rates are $450 for the conference.

On-site registration for the conference is $500.

Students are eligible for a $200 discount from the Complete package. Students must be enrolled full-time in a recognized college or university during the semester preceding the conference. Students must mail the registration form and payment information along with an original copy of a letter on campus letterhead. The letter must state that the student is enrolled in the minimum number of classes to be considered a full time student in the spring of 2003.

Extra nights in the dorm rooms are available for $35 each night per person. This does not include any meals. If you require extra nights, please specify the dates on the registration and enter the amount to the total.
