Special rates for the conference participants are as follows (breakfast buffet included):
- single room: standard 93 Euro; superior 105 Euro
- double room: standard 110 Euro; superior 122 Euro
- Junior Suite: 120 Euro
- two room apartment: 155 Euro
- Grand Suite (3 room apartment): 200 Euro
Prices include value added tax (VAT).
In order to book a room with a special rate please individually contact the hotel by phone (+48-61-8587000), e-mail (rez.nov.poznan@orbis.pl) or fax (+48-61-8332961) and mention that you are a participant of BIS conference (give a password "Information Systems").
As a general policy, guests are requested to give credit card details in order to confirm the reservation. Hotel guarantees the availability of rooms at abovementioned prices until 31.03.2007. After this date the special pool of rooms will be released and prices will not be guaranteed. Cost free cancellation of the reservation is possible until 7 days before planned arrival. In the case of late cancellation, guest will be charged for the first night.
All rooms are air-conditioned. Superior rooms have free Internet access, safe-box, coffee and tea machines. For all guests a 24h Fitness room, Business Centre (e-mail, Internet, copying machine and fax) are available.
