^*Flexible Cancellation Rules for Novotel Hotels

1. For individual reservations (max 10 rooms)
   Those reservations are not guaranteed. It means that the hotel will keep the room until 18:00, if the guest won't arrive until this time, the room will no longer be kept for the guest, with no financial consequences.
   If one wants to make the reservation guaranteed, so that the room will be reserved until 12:00 the next day, one must pay a guarantee fee equal to price for one night (bank transfer or credit card).
   However, then if the guest won't arrive until 12:00 the next day or will cancel the reservation 24 hours before planned arrival time, s/he will be charged with fee for one night (bank transfer or credit card).
   
2. For group reservations (more than 10 rooms)
   Those reservations must be guaranteed (prepayment, credit card). In case if: any of the guests won't arrive on time, cancellation of reservation or reduction of number of rooms on 3 days before planned arrival time, the person that made the reservation will be charged for every unused room for every hotel night.
